[PEPr] Comment on PHP::PHPRPC

Joshua Eichorn (http://pear.php.net/user/jeichorn) has commented on the proposal for PHP::PHPRPC. Comment: I'd like to see support for RPC that isn't being moved over http. The big things i see that could be useful are RPC over a simple socket and possible shared memory. Doesn't necessarily need to be implemented in this code but it would be good easily allow the possibility.
