Thomas Boutell (http://pear.php.net/user/boutell) has edited the proposal for Images::JpegXmpReader.
Change comment:
Now passes PEAR coding standards validator
Now throws exceptions rather than returning false on truly unexpected
conditions
Correctly treats encountering the start of the actual image data as a
non-error condition
Optionally supports reading past the image data to look for markers beyond
it (defaults off for performance reasons - 99% of the time this is not
desirable)
