Thomas Boutell (http://pear.php.net/user/boutell) has edited the proposal for
Images::JpegMarkerReader.
Change comment:
Now passes PEAR coding standards
Now optionally supports reading markers beyond the start of actual image
data (inefficient and usually unnecessary, so this defaults to false)
Now throws exceptions as appropriate
