Re: PEAR inclusion request: php_jh_pdf

Hi folks, Björn was so kind to inform me about this little thread and apparently there are a few points I'd like to comment on: No PDI: Ok, point made, but I was doubtful about this feature, as it is only for licencees and until last week noone has requested it. This changed and I will look into it, after the upcoming release. "Closed architecture": I can't make it conventient for everyone. :-) In my eyes the task was to simplify the rather comlex PDFlib, while keeping it as flexible as possible. PC4P is for people, who want to rapidly create a report for example, without having the hassle to calculate coordinates for hours and hours. So far I've tried to accomodate every developer, who approached me with a feature-request or question or whatever...so, Bertrand, how may I be of assistance? ;-) Well, joking apart, I'm planning to make a new release until next Monday and after that it might be interesting, to get into contact with Johann to ask him about his ideas. It'd be a shame, if we both had to spend time on a project, that definitely is needed.
