I don't think this is possible. And I don't think this is the best thing to do neither because as I said, these classes handle things differently which makes them both valuable for different kind of projects.I agree though I haven't had the time to take a look at Johanns classes. Some people might not agree with the approach I took on designing PC4P, so these developers have also to be accomodated. Betrand, I forgot to reply to the question you phrased in a mail earlier, so if you haven't found the answers...
I have a few questions I hope you will answer : - Is there an object for drawing circles ? no, but I might think about a draw-object...but it wouldn't sport things like "make a circle around this text"...
- Can I use native PDFLib functions when using PC4P ? no...could you please explain, what you have in mind here?
- Can I use my .upr definition file with PC4P ? sure
- What does PC4P means :) ? PDF Class for PHP ;-)Regarding the implementation of PDIs, I have some ideas to handle this accordingly to my object-design, I'll start coding as soon, as I have time to finish this damned release...my work is eating all my spare time :-P
Johann and Alexander, you should apply for a CVS account ASAP. I already have one, albeit not for PEAR ;-)Kind regards, Alexander -- |Alexander Wirtz | http://www.systematics.de/ | |Systematics INTEGRATIONS GmbH | fon +49 2241 39778-60 | |Rathausallee 10 | fax +49 2241 39778-77 | |53757 St. Augustin | mailto:wirtz@web-active.com |
