iirc, it's a simple post-commit hook to a mailman list. The list is
pear-svn@lists.bluga.net, and this list is working fine now.
All I have done is add pear-cvs@lists.php.net to the pear-svn
subscribers list. As far as I know the mails are being sent, but I
suspect someone that manages the pear-cvs list has to allow that
sender to send messages through? I tried sending a subscribe request
to the pear-cvs list, but never saw the subscription mail come
through. That's where I left it.
