I would like to point out that the PEAR group disallowed the PHP license on new packages a year or
two ago. Will dig up the link and such when I get proper internet.
Before anyone starts asking why that was done, Michael answered that here above. It basically makes
it hard for debian and similar distros to package up those packages and as a proxy any product using
that code.
