It doesn't really belong under "File". I sure wouldn't look for it
there.
It doesn't cost us much to rearrange categories. Why don't we just use
whatever is obvious at the time (Spreadsheet) and change it later when
the top-level gets crowded? That's how even Yahoo started. :-)
