on/around line 104 which reads...
$doc->setTemplateDirectory(PHPDOC_INCLUDE_DIR . '/renderer/html/templates/');
change this to
$doc->setTemplateDirectory(PHPDOC_INCLUDE_DIR . '/renderer/html/default/');
see if that helps.

Tried putting the appropriate vars in the command line and inside the script, but all I get is the XML files, not the rendered HTML files that are expected.
