It looks to be as Archive_Tar should not use DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR at all,
only '/'. If not, you can't untar in Linux a package created in Windows
and vice-versa.
In Archive_Tar, DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR should be used when dealing with the
file system, but in the tar file it should be '/' consistently. I'll
take a look at it.
