Re: Pear installer issues

Christian, I got the same problem when trying installing Benchmark from pear.php.net, and seems to me that it is a problem w/ the released .tgz file. Doing it from a local copy of the CVS works OK, e.g. cd ~/devel/php/pear/Benchmark pear package pear install Benchmark-1.1.tgz worked w/o trouble. Have you tried other packages?.
