HTML_QuickForm already supports custom defined validation function.
IMO, it will be easy for the developer to use the validate class.
As soon as it is ready and working, I will post an example.

PS: On request, QuickForm already generates javascript code for validation.
I would prefer the validate class not to generate any javascript which might
be incompatible with QuickForm.
