Hello,
Perhaps I dont understand clearly your problem (Im French, English is not my
native language), but what I meant is that I dont use a ISP provided PEAR
install.
Included in my ISP account is a « include » directory. This « include »
directory is inside my account root.
I get PEAR files via CVS, and throw them in my include dir.
Im by far not a Apache specialist (very far..) but doing this way I dont se
how these files would be owned by someone else than my account owner
