Not really, there is a bug in the package definition under windows. It does not copy pear.in files.
Normally, you got :
pear.bat file in c:\php4
pear installation under c:\php4\pear
Somewhere in the c:\php4 folder, you have a file named 'pear' (usually in c:\php4\pear),
just copy this file to c:\php4\pear\scripts\pear.in. This is where pear.bat will looking for.
