Those tags are valid ones, generated using the
stylesheets applied to the original DocBook XML
source. They do not need to look nice, they just need
to be valid (and they are AFAIK). If you would like
them to look nice, you could modify the XSL or DSSSL
stylesheets and send the patches to us (or even better
to the DocBook developers so others can also benefit).
