That turns out to do some fairly annoying things to php files, like turning
'<?php' into '< ? php' and '?>' into '? >', for
example. Too bad there
isn't a -php option for Indent. I expect I'll use Sebastien Hordeaux's
phpCodeBeautifier for now.
