What sort of configuration, structure, etc. do I need to make this work?Judging from the title on that webpage, "phpDocumentor vPHPDOCUMENTOR_VER Web Interface", it does *not* appear that you installed it using the PEAR installer. A PEAR-based installation of phpDocumentor would have performed a text replacement of PHPDOCUMENTOR_VER to the current version number, e.g. "phpDocumentor v1.4.2 Web Interface". I'd recommend performing a PEAR-managed installation via *pear install phpdocumentor* to see if the configuration gets set properly.
