Hi,

Yes, I have been very critical but I haven't written that e-mail as a
post to a list, it was written as an email to whoever runs the PEAR
project. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any means to contact this
person/these people on the pear website so I had to subscribe to this
list to make my point. Should there not be a "contact" section on a
website (possibly in the support section)? :)
My criticisms are well-founded, I haven't been rude (although I also
haven't been particularly polite), I don't appreciate your rudeness in
your reply to me.
All the best...
Conor
