One is fine. According to the rules there should be at least one beta-
release before a stable. No timeframe given. Just do what suites best
- we trust you :-))
There shouldn't be a discussion about whether the code is already
good enough to be called stable from a first release or not. These
are the rules ... and we arranged them this way for some reason.

Oh, and you might want to make sure using phpDocumentor that the API-
docs from inline-phpdoc-comments build fine - because APIdoc is
automatically generated for each release nowadays, thanks to Martin.
