I know why the System test fails on my machine:
/tmp is a symlink to /mnt/temporary/tmp
So System::tmpDir() returns "/tmp" only, while the temporary file is
returned as full path: /mnt/temporary/tmp/tstVWEUsR
-> This can be fixed with changing the final line of System::tmpDir to
> return realpath('/tmp');
instead of
> return '/tmp';
What I find very interesting is, that most of the failing tests pass
when I run them standalone.
