Comment system - ready - please test!

Hi all! So, I finally managed to finish the comment system for PEARWeb (as talked during the meeting). Please review/test it on http://zuhause.bei.tobias-schlitt.de:81/ . The system is available on the package pages and in the manual. One can post comments without logging in. Posts have to be accepted before they are showen. ATTENTION! Please post only comments to packages/manual pages you are the owner of, since mails are send to the owners of packages/manual pages, too. To approve/reject/edit/delete a comment you can use the following user data: User: tester Pass: test To review the emails sent by it I created a test mailbox, which you can view through https://webmail.php-applications.de with the user data: User: test Pass: peartest This mailbox will be deactivated within 24 hours to void abuse. If there are no further objections, I would like to commit the stuff tomorrow afternoon. The system uses a newly implemented PEARMailer class for definition of mail templates and stuff. I woul afterwards like to migrate PEPr to use it, too. Dufuz told me, that he's interessted in that for the bug system and maybe we can switch every mail to it, to administrate mail templates in a common place. Waiting for your feedback!
