Exactly. I'm wondering what you folks think of restricting the manual comments to manual/<lang>/package.*.php. This way we can expect the package maintainers to take care of the comments in the package section of the manual and nobody needs to take care of the comments in e.g. the developers guide. If later some people volunteer to work as comment editors, we can always extend the system to include all pages of the manual. The common sense on the meeting was, that for every comment an email should be send to the maintainers of the specific page/package and to a common mailinglist like pear-comments@lists.php.net. There will be enough people reading that list to get comments approved/rejected. Should this be openly discussed again? I'm personally againstl, cause we allready had a decision on that.
