I see two possible solutions:
1. I'll make a small PHP licensed extension (php_simplesql.dll) using
(dynamically linked with) LGPL licensed engine (simplesql.dll)
or
2. I'll write a special application replacing licenses in my code form LGPL
to PHP before PECL publication
Is any acceptable?
