True. A poll would perfectly complement the build_tracker. Maybe we could display some stats on php.net and zend.com and link to qa.php.net/build_tracker/ Thus we have to add some information on the build_tracker to keep the "test or dev" installs from the "production" installs that would make it to the poll.
