The reasons some people were not included in the lists were that they either
had sent no or very few emails/done very little QA work visably. Zak and I
made the lists from who we knew were doing QA Work and then posted it to PHP
QA and asked for comments and nobody bitched/made comments so we left it as
it was.
If you feel you should be on the list then send an email to the QA list and
explain why and hopefully other people will comment and agree or disagree. I
personally see php4win.de as a separate project from the QA Team but if you
give feedback/provide RC builds/lots of windows extension through out the
whole release process then this is QA work.
