When I built RC7 on NT I downloaded the RC7 archive Zeev posted, extracted
it to my hard disc, loaded the TS workspace, changed the configurations of
all the projects to release_ts_inline (they were set to release_ts_dbg I
think) and then made php4ts the active configuration. The build just
worked - although this may be in part due to long forgotten things I did to
my setup in the past - bison, include paths etc.
