Yeah, theres a winsource.zip on the php.net website it says you need which has
a ton of includes and a couple of exes... Ive just discovered that you need to
copy bison.simple to c:\usr\local\lib\bison.simple - or it wont compile.. I
twigged about setting up include paths etc, but, yes, theres no real
documented notes for setting up to compile the windows one, after all the unix
one does it itself (more or less)
The machine Im compiling it on is a pritty much virgin install of VisStudio,
so its a good test for setting it up.
I might knock up some clues for other new people - unless we are trying not to
encourage them to compile their own.. (I may then see if I can compile up
under Borland C++ builder)
