I can build a single php4 build, but I don't have the

There is solid documentation on how to setup the basic compile environment,
but what would be required for some of the more obscure extensions is missing.
Like for snmp, you need some WinNT4 package I'm unable to find at the microsoft
website (suprisingly.. :-).
I'm building on Win2k and have the snmp service enabled, found some SDK stuff,
but still I'm missing headers.
Maybe the people who have built these extensions in the past, or currently, can
update the docs with links to the required files, so more people can step up to
the plate and provide binaries for those extensions.
It is of course logical that in order to compile DB x, you need DB x installed with
appropreate headers, but who decides what version to compile against is another
question.
