There are .dsp files in win32 directory and in all ext directories that are
ported to win32. You make them from command line with:
cmd /c msdev ext.dsp /MAKE "ext - Win32 Release_TS"
Same goes for all sapis that are ported to windows platform.
The problem is collecting all the libraries needed to build different
extensions.
