One of the biggest problems I think there is for win32 builds is that it's usually pretty expensive (And tricky) to set up a build environment. For example, i know i can build the basic binaries plus a fair few of the extensions, but to build oracle, for example, would be hard because they don't tend to give away software, or gd -- because there are few win32 builds that play nicely with the build. I would like to see a couple (or more) people nominated and trained to build win32 regularly. That means, we keep a list of all the packages (and locations) that are necessary for win32 building, and a "tried and tested method" of doing so. Perhaps Daniel or Frank can find some time to put together some notes on this. -- james
