I believe James did not talk about cygwin but gnu native win32 libs (tools
?).
One of the problems I meet is the win32 makefiles or config files, they are
not all available for vc++ and not a pro of make :).
Maybe centralizes makefiles or others infos to build natively on win32
platforms (and any others) should help many users ?
