I don't know if it's worth considering an alternative plan of keeping a test repository open (not necessarily this one)?It would greatly lower the barrier of contribution if there was an open way for people to add tests, even if they don't have CVS karma. For those that can not commit dedicated time to testing, but have some spare hours every once in a while.
