I do not have the skills to implement such a feature, so it would be pointless to try and guilt me into making it, that's a bit of an impasse! :)Likewise it should be pointless for you to guilt PHP's unpaid volunteers who do have the skills into implementing such a feature. Due to some combination of timing/phrasing/moon your idea hasn't caught interest and it would be wise to retreat for a while until there is more support, or until you can provide a patch. Even core PHP developers sometimes have ideas that get knocked back: http://ilia.ws/archives/207-Type-Hinting-Conclusion.html
However if you're being sincere, that's a good suggestion! Do you think it is worthwhile?Writing well thought out proposals with testcases and examples is always a good idea. However in this case given the arguments against your first proposal and because you don't seem to have PHP internals knowledge, I would suggest you don't create any official PHP RFC since it is likely to be simply unworkable. My overall suggestion is to get some internals knowledge and keep persevering.
