Awesome work!
From a quick glance I saw there's a lot of utf8 quotation marks and
stuff, as well as code samples in html-ish format instead of native
markdown that I attribute to the export.
Maybe would be wise to decide on some formatting rules and fix this with
a script at the start instead of people sending all one-liner fixes.
