Entirely in favor. I expected we'd go with one-file-per-chapter, but
Joel was under a time crunch to get the initial doc out and single
file was just more expedient. <3 to you for doing to work to make a
splitter script.
Tiny nit: I'd make the table of contents be chapter zero, not one.
Much bigger issue: Cross-references aren't working. They're referring
to non-existent sections in their own files.
