In case anyone else was hoping this version would have a stable Win32 ISAPI
DLL, this version still quickly fails with an access violation. It appears to
be better in that the occasional "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at
(01185BA6|0118F2B4)" is less likely to bring down the whole server. Still, a
wload test with for or so separate 5 threads will quickly send inetinfo.exe
into a loop.
