Right, that's what Sascha was after with his <???> tag.
<a href="http://foo.bar/foo.php?<???>">
vs.
<a href="http://foo.bar/foo.php?<?=SESS?>">
Heck, if keystrokes is such an issue, cut it down to <?=S?>
Although I have never been a fan of reducing something to cryptic tiny
tags that end up making the script look like some sort of ASCII art as
opposed to a nice readable listing just to save the odd keystroke.
