Depends on your firewall. You need to be able to initiate TCP
connections to remote hosts on port 2401. Otherwise, you cannot
access the repository using the pserver method.
If you have HTTP access, use the following command to get a fresh
checkout:
wget -m http://mirror.schell.de/php3/
(daily updated)
