Isn't that TS standing for ThreadSafe? If yes, you had used
a `forbidden' version of PHP4b3(i.e. with thread safe enabled).
As I don't work on Win I can't tell much but to get the Win32
sources and compile them (it was always a good solution to build
from scratch).

yes, IIS (?) is right, your script died before saying anything
