Same noted here. WinNT4sp5 Apache 1.3.9 PHP-B3. Removing doc_root works.
Beta2 works fine with it in there though. Command line works fine for both
betas.

Interesting thing is that it only occurs under Apache/w32. If I run php
from the commandline, it will parse all pages perfectly, but as soon as I
try it under Apache, it page faults in php4ts.dll. This happens with Apache
1.3.6 and 1.3.9. Haven't tried any other versions.
