I think two things are undeniable here: - It is good for the project to be able to publicise successful projects built with PHP. - It is a nightmare actually choose which projects and maintain such a list. The question is which is greater. Does the benefit outweigh the cost? I think on balance I'm with Hannes and think not. Particularly in the case of PHP, which is already fairly well known--it won't take long for someone to find out about successful php projects if they're interested, and a lot of people probably came to the PHP site in the first place because they heard of a successful project. It's not a new kid on the block trying to prove something. IMHO. Ben.
I voting with Ben on this. It's nice to have but we need a low maintenance web site. We can keep the feature on a "Todo" list for someone who eventually proves they have a long term commitment to maintain the website.
