Suggestion and help offer for redesign re. dynamic conference and user group system and calendar

Dear list, While browsing the how-to-help page (https://wiki.php.net/web/redesign/howtohelp) on the PHP Wiki I saw the following items: - Implement better calendar system, and show UG meetups and conference more prominently - Create a list of User Groups - Make conferences section dynamic - Make user group events dynamic (preferably localized somehow) These items remind me very much of the functionality offered by joind.in and as such I was wondering if it would not be interesting to use joind.in for this and embed widgets into (or communicate with the API for) the php.net site? I believe that this will help php.net by reducing maintenance and needed development time, help the community by having 1 single spot where to get their calendar information, instead of fanning it out over different services, and it would help the joind.in project. Please let me know if such an integration is desired, or not, and what your thoughts are with regards to wishes and requirements. I am able and willing to help with the integration effort.
