We don't require registration for anything other then commit karma.
Needing to register to everything is something I personally hate :)
Submitting bugs, events, notes, comments and so on (things you
generally only do once or maybe twice) shouldn't force you to
register.

We do for karma holders, but that is irrelevant for this case I guess,
as we won't be approving or rejecting events anymore.
