i'm using Win 2000 professional
my code

$fp = fopen("data.txt" 'rb+');
$fp = fclose("data.txt", 'r');
?>
i've found that i cannot call fopen() in win2000,
but under the same configuration in win98, it is no problem, can ne1 help,
