Problems with oracle 8.0.3 Personal edition and php4 on windows 98

I had installed oracle 8 Personal edition and php4 on windows OCI works OK, database is ok, ODBC works perfect but... when i tried dl form swwwing i got message: Fatal error: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php4\php_oci8.dll' One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. in f:\htdocs\oracle\index.php3 on line 2 what kind of libriaries do i need more??? tx for any help. i had this problem for almost a month now and i got no answer. in the main distribution from php 4 there is no support for us, windows users ... bye herbi
