Daniel & Andreas have done a remarkable job in releasing the most inclusive build of php I've seen on the net. And if there are bugs, it's not their fault... it's a dev release, not production. Most likely these same bugs occur in the dev release on other platforms. So don't blame the messenger, go for the developers (and that's all of us, believe it or not :) gotta love open-source).
