Install help on W2K, IIS5

I just tried to install php 4.0.1pl2 on my W2K Server and now IIS doesn't work. During the step of stoping and restarting the server for installation the Web Publishing service hangs and won't start anymore. Also, the Interner Service Manager won't run anymore either, so I can't even remove the components from IIS. I used the isapi installation method if that makes any difference.
