I've noticed this problem on my Win98 box with php 3 and php 4
In my test I tried to excute some batch using command.com
exec("c:\command.com /k mybatch.bat" ); ). Without command.com the batch
doesn't work.
Strange. I had no problem executing a batch file - only executables. Perhaps
it's because I'm on WinNT.
