I dont know - but if you get anything let me know. i am having a similar problem. except i cant get the output of the program. what worked for me was this. (assuming you dont care about the output) i'll bet you are using the IIS dll for php4 right? well switch to the php.exe for the handler. that will work. you will be able to execute BUT not get the output. good luck!
