Why? Unlike PHP, Perl currently has a very Robust system for
distributing packages (no offense pear folks)... Its not that big a
deal, either way, but why is code reuse a bad thing?? Most of the
"official" Perl sources strongly advocate the use CPAN, over homegrown
solutions.
